About. We exist to further the spread of the Gospel. Since 1979, our efforts have stood out as unique venues to provide accessible and credible resources and programs. Our strength is built on the relationships of our members, our intentional approach to taking action, and our consistent focus on empowering people in their local context.
|
Operating since 1979Our foundations are deeply rooted in the efforts of 12 educators who joined together to develop a quality external study program for a major Christian University in the United States. Their mission was to provide an excellent Christian college education to individuals unable to attend traditional colleges due to family or ministry obligations. This dream became a reality when the first students enrolled in 1980. Since then, many programs were established to equip men and women for service in ministry. In 2021, these separate ministry efforts (along with a number of others) came together under one heading.

Our GoalThe goal of S.A.L.T. is to provide leaders, ministers, and teachers with credibility recognition, and resources for service and ministry in any context.
