ENDORSEMENTS

Endorsements are designed to serve as professionals certificates of development, skill, and corporate recognition. Our endorsements utilize “non-ministerial” titles to allow holders to utilize their benefits in a variety of vocational contexts. Presentation of such credentials will ensure potential employers and partnerships of the holders superior professionals status.

Leadership Endorsement

Leadership opportunities come in many shapes and forms. Ensure your readiness to meet the challenge. Our leadership endorsements prepared candidates through training, coaching, and networking to provide accountability and confidence.

Educational Leadership Endorsement

Specifically designed for teachers and administration (Pre-k - higher education), the Educational Leadership Endorsement works to develop skill and professionalism. Whether you aspire to be a team lead, school administrator, or college President, our endorsement will set you apart.

Chaplaincy Endorsement

Chaplaincy is an exciting venue for non-traditional ministry. Opportunities in corporate, hospital, military, and first responder environments are waiting for the right people to step up and take the lead. Our endorsement will provide you with the necessary skills and qualification to pursue a career in chaplaincy.

SALT MINISTRY FELLOWSHIP

MINISTRY CREDENTIALS

Ministry Credentialing through SALT is designed to facilitate various types of ministry within diverse vocational contexts. Our program is positioned to facilitate callings to the local church as well as service in business, trade fields, and education. All levels of Ministry credentials allow the holder to perform the essential duties of ministry such as officiating weddings and funerals.

Christian Worker’s Certificate

The Christian Worker’s Certificate is designed for individuals with little to no ministry experience and/or formal seminary education. Applicants will be given the opportunity to earn college level credit through Central Christian College in Bible and theology. All certificate holders will be eligible to apply for ministry licensure after one year of service and meeting all appropriate educational requirements.

Ministry License

A Ministers License is granted to those individuals who have demonstrated a call and evidence of ministry. The purpose of the license is to bring the minister into a higher level of training and application of the gifts and calling on their life. A licensed minister is considered to have entered into an “apprentice” relationship with SALT for the purpose of training and discipleship, as they work toward ordination and release into their respective ministries. Those who feel called to ministry outside of the four walls of the church will find the ministry license sufficient for equipment in non-vocational ministry service.

Ordaination

Ordination is reserved for individuals who have been called to specific, life-long service and/or leadership in the local church or a respective “mission field,” such as foreign missions or chaplaincy. Ministry ordination with SALT is viewed as a recognition of a divine calling for those who have demonstrated integrity and spiritual maturity through experience and education.

COACHING CERTIFICATES & CERTIFICATIONS

Coaching is an exciting occupation that is highly in demand in today’s personal and professional development sector. While there are many programs that will allow you to become certified, our program provides you with a credible endorsement of professional excellence, as well as options for coaching techniques that are immersed in biblically based philosophy.

Life Coaching Certificate

Life can be tough, and more often than not we need someone to come along side and walk our journey with us. Life coaches are highly trained individuals who can help others make sense of their lives and course a plan of action for embracing a better tomorrow.

Discipleship Coaching Certificate

Discipleship happens where life gets messy. Too often our spiritual formation is based upon learning a set curriculum, or serving in various forms of church activity. Far less common is spiritual direction that meets us where we are. Our Discipleship Coaching Certificate does just that. Founded in the context of the local church, our training and preparation is designed to convey the necessary skills for helping others to walk out their faith.

Certified Pastoral Life Coach

Each of us has encountered life altering experience that have shaped the way that we see life. Our underlying presumptions ultimately dictate our decisions and reactions. Often we need someone who can help us sort through our preconceptions. Our Certified Pastoral Life Coaching program equips spiritual leaders with the necessary tools to help other navigate their intermittent views of self, others, and ultimately God.

Certified Organizational Consultant

The field of organizational leadership is rapidly changing and requires individuals who have their hand on the pulse of the cultural climate. Our Certified Organizational Consultant program is designed to position business minded individuals with the tools for helping other cast vision, set goals, and establish stewardship principles in any professional arena.
